A New Bakery at 15 Haddon Avenue
Del Buono’s Pastry Shop celebrated its grand opening in August 2026, officially filling the storefront left vacant by McMillan’s.
The bakery offers donuts, fresh breads, specialty coffee and a wide selection of pastries. It gives Westmont residents another locally owned destination along a stretch of Haddon Avenue already known for independent restaurants, cafés and small businesses.
While the building may feel familiar, Del Buono’s is bringing its own bakery experience to the neighborhood.
It is not a replacement for McMillan’s—it is the beginning of something new.
DiBartolo’s Kakery Joins the Shop
Del Buono’s is not the only familiar South Jersey bakery name appearing at the new location.
Part of the shop will also be home to DiBartolo’s Kakery, led by Al DiBartolo. His family bakery was a Collingswood staple for more than 50 years, giving many area residents another reason to visit.
The collaboration brings two established South Jersey bakery traditions together under one roof.
For Westmont’s growing food scene, that makes this opening a double win.

Why This Opening Matters for Westmont

By taking over an empty storefront and bringing another established local business to Haddon Avenue, Del Buono’s is helping keep the location active while adding something new to the Westmont business district.
