My husband and I recently sold our house in Haddon Township, NJ (a commuting suburb of Philadelphia). We had an amazing experience working with Pip and his assistant, Sarah, and we highly recommend them! From the initial meeting with Pip (months before we listed), he made a good impression. He came over for a walkthrough of our house and offered (at our request) tips for improvements to make our home more marketable. Pip had realistic advice on where to spend time and money and which improvements wouldn't get much return on our investment. When it came time to list our house several months later, we reached back out to Pip and he returned for a walkthrough with his assistant, Sarah. By this time, comps in our neighborhood had increased and with our updates completed, we agreed on a listing price which was much higher than we had expected. We ended up getting multiple offers over the listing price and were very pleased with the outcome. Pip was extremely available and patient throughout the process. He was an excellent communicator and always made sure that there was coverage on his end through himself or his assistant Sarah. We were never left waiting for a response or a call back from him. Communication was one of his best qualities - which is extremely important given the deadlines and stress involved in selling (or buying) a house.
