On Saturday November 22nd, our community bundled up, grabbed their families, and joined us at Haddon Square for one of our favorite traditions of the year: the 5th Annual JFKLiving PITI Party.
And this year’s celebration was our biggest yet. More than 200 clients, neighbors, and friends came out to share an evening of holiday cheer, good food, warm drinks, and plenty of festive fun.
Why We Host the PITI Party Every Year
Real estate is a business built on trust. Our clients let us guide them through one of the most important chapters of their lives, and that is something we never take lightly. The PITI Party was created as a way to show our appreciation in a way that feels genuine, joyful, and true to who we are as a team.
And of course, we had to put our own real estate twist on it... In our world, PITI stands for:
- Principal
- Interest
- Taxes, and
- Insurance.
Those are the core parts of a mortgage payment. But for us, the PITI Party stands for something much bigger: People. Investment. Trust. Impact.
It’s our chance to thank every person who has trusted us, referred us, reviewed us, cheered us on, and helped our business grow year after year. This party isn’t a marketing event. It’s a community celebration.
A Night Filled with Holiday Magic
Even with the crisp November air, the atmosphere at Haddon Square felt warm and lively. Fire pits glowed, blankets nestled on knees, and the scent of hot cider and chili drifted through the air. Here’s a glimpse of what made the evening so memorable:
Santa Photos
Families lined up to take holiday photos with Santa, and the smiles were absolutely priceless. We’re thrilled to now have all the professional photos ready to share.
Just Fork It Food Truck
Guests warmed up with hearty bowls of meat or veggie chili, and not a single bowl went unloved.
S’mores, Hot Cocoa, and Cider
Because nothing says “winter gathering” like gooey marshmallows and steaming mugs of comfort.
Festive Atmosphere
Snowy trees, twinkling lights, music from our DJ, and the crackling of fire pits created a little pocket of holiday magic right in the center of town.
Our Giving Tree
Thanks to the generosity of our guests, we've already collected $1,000 worth of supermarket gift cards to help families in need right now. We also hosted our annual Giving Tree at the PITI Party, where local families request gifts so that every child has something in their stocking this year. The deadline to return items to the JFKLiving office (so we can pass onto Kate Burns of Haddon Township for distribution) is December 12th.

Every year, we walk away from this event feeling deeply grateful. Not just for the turnout, not just for the support, but for the relationships we’ve built.
