With a passion for homes, high-performance cars, and getting deals done, Seth Vancour brings energy, experience, and entrepreneurial drive to every transaction.

Originally from Massachusetts and raised in Maryland, Seth has called South Jersey home since 2012. His career has always been rooted in sales—from retail to motors to real estate. He got his start in this industry with Dan Ryan Builders, where he worked his way up from assistant to community sales manager. That hands-on experience taught him how to turn raw land into beautiful homes—and sparked his love for design, architecture, and luxury property.

Since moving to New Jersey, Seth has helped countless real estate clients, flipped 50+ homes, and also established a successful pest control business. His real estate career blends a love of design with the mindset of a true entrepreneur—always looking for creative ways to add value, solve problems, and turn potential into something great. Whether he’s working with first-time buyers or seasoned investors, Seth brings a hands-on, solutions-driven approach to every deal.

Outside of work, you’ll find Seth golfing (“badly”, he admits), watching F1 racing, and spending time on the beach with his family. You can also find him indulging in his favorite local spots: Mateo’s in Lumberton and Marlton’s Estia Taverna.
